Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility is all about putting something back into the Community - either in cash or, in kind.
QSG is working in several emerging and developing economies where the need for skills is acute. Often, a short term fix is to bring in expertise from overseas. QSG see the need to parallel this with a Localisation policy that sees efforts to build local skills over time as the only sustainable solution. To this end, QSG is working with several projects that support this approach. QSG is supporting a number of projects that are geared to building skills capacity within a given marketplace or, are shaping the research to generate viable solutions.

Transformational Logistics (TL) is an umbrella term for logistics relevant to emerging and developing economies. T L is being set up as an Open Source trust fund. | Naesey Project |
Founded by N Ramachadran in the 1970s, NAESEY is based in Tamil Nadu, India and is all about providing basic training for students in remote rural districts. QSG champions NAESEY and is exploring other sponsorship opportunities going forward. Have a look at www.naesey.com. |
